Az utca a 27-es autóbusz vonalán van, mind a Móricz Zsigmond körtértől, mind az Erzsébet-híd budai hídfőjétől pár perc alatt megközelíthető

A lakás egy - a 20-as évek végén épült társas villa legalsó szintjén helyezkedik el, Dél-Délnyugat-Nyugat tájolással. A nappali kertre nyíló franciaablaka és az egyik szoba ablakai Dél-Délnyugatra, a nappali másik ablaka valamint a konyha és a másik 2 hálószoba ablakai Nyugatra néznek.

Két bejárat van.  A nappali franciaablaka egy 2,5 x 5m-es teraszra nyílik, amely az ősfás kert része.  Maga a kert közvetlenül csak ebből a lakásból érhető el, ezért a többi lakó nemigen használja.

 

 

The street is on the bus route 27, can be reached in several minutes from both Móricz Zsigmond square, and Erzsébet-bridgehead budai.
The flat is in the groundfloor of a joint villa built in the 20s, with south-southwest-west facing.
The french-window of the living room and the windows of one room face south-southwest, the other windows of the living room, kitchen and the two bedrooms face west.
There are two entrances. The french-window of the living room, overlooks an 2.5x5m terrace, part of the garden with pristine trees. The garden itself can be directly accessed only from this flat, the other residents dont use it much.
